Change in the ratio of total cholesterol to HDL with diet. The effect is largely due to HDL increases (Figure 2) since the total changes in
LDL were -11.5, -1.8, -6.9 for decreasing carbohydrate. LDL for 26% CHO + SF changed
little (+0.4).
